<p style="margin-top:8px; margin-bottom:8px; text-align:justify; text-indent:36.0pt"><span style="font-size:13pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ngày 19/5/2023, Ban Tổ chức Hội thi Bí thư chi bộ giỏi cụm số II gồm 4 xã Yên Bình, Hòa Bình, Quyết Thắng, Thiện Tân, huyện Hữu Lũng, tỉnh Lạng Sơn đã tổ chức Hội thi Bí thư chi bộ giỏi năm 2023 tại xã Yên Bình. Về dự có đồng chí Nguyễn Công Thận, Ủy viên Ban Thường vụ Huyện ủy, Chủ nhiệm Ủy ban Kiểm tra Huyện ủy; đồng chí Phạm Công Minh, Ủy viên Ban Thường vụ, Trưởng Ban Tuyên giáo – Giám đốc Trung tâm Chính trị huyện Hữu Lũng; đồng chí Pham Văn Lâm, Phó Trưởng Ban Tổ chức Huyện ủy Hữu Lũng.</span></span></span></span></p>

Các thí sinh thực hiện 3 phần thi gồm: Phần thi chào hỏi; </span><span lang="NL" style="font-size:14.0pt">phần thi trả lời câu hỏi kiến thức chung, nghiệp vụ </span><span style="font-size:14.0pt">và </span><span lang="NL" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt">xử lý tình huống</span></span><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> và </span><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="background:white">phần thi thuyết trình. Nội dung thi </span></span><span lang="NL" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt">tập trung vào những nội dung cơ bản trong Điều lệ Đảng, các quy định, hướng dẫn thi hành Điều lệ Đảng; các nghị quyết, chỉ thị của Trung ương, của Tỉnh ủy và cấp trên liên quan trực tiếp đến chi bộ</span></span><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="background:white">; </span></span><span lang="NL" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:.2pt">vị trí, vai trò, chức năng, nhiệm vụ của chi bộ; Nhiệm vụ, vai trò, nội dung, tính chất, hình thức, các bước thực hiện sinh hoạt chi bộ; Công tác tư tưởng chính trị ở chi bộ; Công tác kiểm tra, giám sát, thi hành kỷ luật của Đảng; Công tác dân vận; Công tác tổ chức đảng, đảng viên...</span></span></span></span></span></p>
